The Call - The Hero's Journey Project

"The Call" Workshop is designed for those experiencing emotional turmoil and a lack of clarity and direction. I will be conducting a workshop designed to delve into this vital stage of the Hero’s Journey. Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to explore their unconscious mind, increase their awareness, and reconnect with their heart.

During the workshop, we’ll use myths to illuminate these concepts. For instance, Ovid’s story of the Minotaur—a fierce creature, half man and half bull, dwelling at the center of the Labyrinth—will serve as a metaphor for the challenges we face when we answer "The Call" and step into the unknown.

· Music: Carefully selected music will set the tone and guide participants into a relaxed and open state of mind.

· Hypnosis: Through guided hypnosis, participants will access deeper layers of their unconscious, allowing them to explore "The Call" on a profound level.

· Breathing Exercises: Focused breathing will help participants center themselves and become more aware of their inner experiences.

· Mindfulness: We’ll practice mindfulness to cultivate presence and enhance participants’ ability to tune into their thoughts, emotions, and sensations.

· Symbols: Symbolic imagery, such as the myth of the Minotaur, will be used to represent the challenges and opportunities of answering "The Call."

By integrating these powerful tools, we’ll create a space where participants can deeply engage with their journey, fostering a greater sense of awareness and connection with their inner self.
