Experiential circle
The experiential circle bring people together in a safe, protected and private environment. We will connect in a calm and open space. We will share feelings, thoughts, and sensations and bond with people in a relaxed, comforting and soothing situation. We will support each member to explore overwhelming thoughts, stress and anxiety. During this precious time, warmth and kindness will be the leading factors of the experiential circle.
HOW WILL IT BE CONDUCTED?
A small group of people (4-12 people) sit comfortably in a circle while gently and respectfully sharing their meaningful experiences, feelings, and sensations.
WHAT IS IT?
It focuses on actual involvement with different experiences, including emotional processing, interactions with others, creativity, and reflections of events.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFIT?
The benefits of the experiential circle lead, on one side, to increase acceptance of our limitations, calm and inner connection, and on the other side, to reduce anger, fear and sadness.
